Barwa Village

Design and construction of a mixed development over 400,000 m² in Al Wakrah. It contains 18 commercial and residential blocks, hypermarket, retail shopping areas and restaurants in the Plaza Building, club house, one international school, 2 mosques each of 570 prayers, 2 nursery buildings, 2 administration buildings and 2 Imam houses of total built-up area approximately 192,000 m². Scope also included complete infrastructure: gas plant and sewerage treatment plant, 13 electrical substations, HV cable, drainage, water, fire water, irrigation, gas and road networks, 116,506 m² concrete block pavement, 133,000 m² of asphalt and 40,000 m² of soft landscaping.
