West Bay Lagoon Hotel (Ritz Carlton) — Marina Buildings MB1 & MB2

A two-storey building of unique design spanning over the sea, supported on piles driven in the sea bed at the corner of Ritz Carlton Marina. Now known as The Admirals Club, it features high-standard finishes, complicated construction details and curved plans and elevations. The deck slab was constructed using structural steel temporary framing to support formwork and concrete pouring.
