Small Works for Lusail Stadium & Precinct - Levelling & Grading

The project comprises site preparation, grading, levelling, and earthworks for the Lusail Precinct – Stadium Area. The Works include site verification and topographical surveys; establishing benchmarks and setting out; cut-and-fill operations; excavation; on-site crushing and reuse of suitable excavated materials; levelling and grading to the proposed design levels; backfilling and compaction; and final verification of completed levels.

Manage all required site access, traffic management, temporary facilities, manpower, plant, equipment, surveying resources, and dust suppression measures. Grading and levelling shall be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and proposed grading levels. Excavated material shall be processed and reused on site where suitable, with residual material stockpiled as directed by the Client.
