Upgrade of Lusail Sports Circuit Demolition and Site Preparation

The current package includes the demolition of certain existing buildings (Pit Building and control tower, Medical Centre, Restaurant, Pedestrian Bridge, 2 underground sewage water tanks), dismantling of the roof structure of the Main Grandstand (optional), milling of asphalt pavement from roads, Go Carting and Paddock areas and salvaging the milled materials for reuse as directed by the Engineer, removing the asphalt and other paving from roads, Go-Carting and Paddock areas down to below the subgrade levels, disconnecting, capping, and removal of services and underground utilities, general site clearance, proper disposal of the demolished works.
