- Dewatering WORKS
- Site Clearance WORKS
- Earthworks
- Quality Control Testing
- Site Grading WORKS
- Site Demolition WORKS of the Existing Buildings, Structures and Underground Utilities
- Relocation of Existing Buildings, Structures and Utilities
- Construction of Temporary Buildings with Utility Services
- Construction of Advert Hoarding
- Construction of Public Access Road
- Relocation of Access Gates
