Development of Access Roads to Integrated Worker Accommodation Community at AI Khor

The scope of work for the Project consists of Access Roads & Associated Works for the Integrated Worker Accommodation Community (IWAC), which is located in Qatar North. Access Roads & Associated Works for Integrated Worker Accommodation Community (IWAC), consists of dual Carriageway - 2 lanes each side with an approximate total length of 12 kilometres. The road network includes seven (7) proposed roundabouts, with street lighting along the kerbed median.

Generally, the work comprises the following:
- Demolition and Site Clearance, Earthworks, Subbase, Road Base, Asphalt paving, Kerbs.
- Services, Utility crossing ducts, Street Lighting, and Water dry legs.
