Construction of Bus Parking Area for Al Rayyan Stadium

The main objective of this project is to deliver temporary car/bus parks and associated links to the external road network in the vicinity of Al Rayyan Stadium, including addressing parking needs for the 2022 World Soccer Cup to facilitate fans' movement through several park-and-ride and park-and-walk car parks

The works include, but are not limited to the following:
- Mobilization, Site offices, Site plant, fencing, walls and other accommodation works
- Verification & Location and marking of all Utilities and ascertain the status of each of the Utilities and determine the requirements for maintaining services operationally for the duration of the Works
- General Items/Preliminaries; provision and compliance with QCS health & safety, work permits, setting out, temporary accommodation and welfare facilities, lockable storage, temporary fencing, hoardings and security, appropriate temporary signage, etc.
