Design and Build for Site Wide Infrastructure Works and Landscaping

The scope of the work is to design and construct the SWIWAL Project that connects the Public street on the South, Al Shaqab Old Stables and Al Shaqab village on the East, ECGC on the west, and Carousel & MFH Museum on the northeast.

Construction Area CA1: Phase 1 (part of DA1, DA2 & DA3)
- Removal of existing service road
- Regrading of affected areas as per approved design as indicated in the Design Area.
- Procurement, execution, and handover of the Maqbool Fida Husain storm water re-diversion (micro-tunneling works)
- Procurement, execution and handover of new emergency/maintenance access road, as per approved design.
- Grading of the total area as per the IFC design
- Building of primary utilities network (Irrigation including controller, potable water, Power including feeder pillar, ICT/Security, Foul sewer, storm water drain) along the new emergency / maintenance access road including tie-in.
- Complete Lighting and Softscape (Trees only) and irrigation as per the design for the approved design.
- Removal of existing dilapidated wall along the Al Shaqab Old stable.
- Amendment of Carousel plot retaining wall.

CA2: Phase -2 (part of DA2)
Procurement, execution and handover of main hard and softscape elements inclusive of lighting scheme, shade structures and street furniture along newly created pedestrian paths and provision of utilities for the attraction points, as per the approved design.
