Roads and Infrastructure in West of Ummslal Mohamed (DN123)

The construction works include, but are not limited to the following:
- Traffic management
- Advance diversions and other utility works.
- Ecological mitigation works.
- Stormwater & groundwater network, TSE network, foul sewer networks and pump stations.
- Manholes, catch pits, gulley pots and gully connections.
- House Connections.
- Backfill and earthworks to formation level.
- Construction of road cross-sectional elements including cross drains/ducts and any proposed utilities in the corridors under the road pavement.
- Kerbing and road pavement to underside of surfacing.
- Construction of verge cross-sectional elements (including parking bays).
- Landscaping and Irrigation.
- Surfacing, road signing and street lighting.
- Surface Water pump Station, attenuation tanks and EFA
